Should you wish to view and purchase photographs from an event, please go to the Event Gallery. Open the gallery and browse the images. Click on the image you wish to purchase and a price list will appear according to the various sizes and mediums including fine art paper, canvas and even metal as well as the usual standard paper. You can checkout using most major credit cards and your order will go directly to be printed by a professional printer, Loxley colour lab. Your prints will then be sent to you directly from the printers. Alternatively, you could purchase a digital download which will be sent to you via a downloadable link.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Also, products cannot be returned if no longer required.
Royal Mail First Class: important information
Royal Mail do not offer a guaranteed delivery time on first class dispatches, although they do aim to deliver by the next working day. If a delivery has not arrived in this timescale, you may have to wait for a short period as the Royal Mail website states “Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing a lost post claim form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed”.
Sizing restrictions: Due to volumetric sizing restrictions placed by Royal Mail on its First Class postal service, when orders exceed predetermined dimensions the necessary upgrade to courier service delivery will incur additional carriage costs. This is out of my control and at the discretion of Royal Mail.

Please note that Loxley colour will only accept order returns if the products are faulty or damaged so please check your order carefully.
Should an item need to be returned, please do so within 7 days of receiving your product to: Sharron Hill Photography, 24 Delamere Lane, Stafford ST17 9TL. You should quote your order number and the reason for return. To resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, I may ask for images of the product to investigate further.
When returning items, please ensure they are packaged in, or as near to, the same condition you received them (where applicable) and secure before sending.
Any refunds, where applicable, will be at my discretion.
